Monday

These classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive mat-based exercises, helping to improve core stability, posture, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Tuesday

8-9 am power yoga - the power yoga company, parsons green

An energetic Power Vinyasa Yoga class where one pose flows into the next, in a sequence linking breath and movement.

12.30-1:30 pm matwork pilates - 50 hill rise, richmond

Wednesday

A dynamic vinyasa yoga class promoting body and mind awareness, in a sequence linking breath and movement; Leave feeling stronger and softer; and ready for the rest of your day!

Thursday

11-12 pm matwork pilates - the power yoga company, parsons green

These classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive mat-based exercises, helping to improve core stability, posture, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Saturday

11:30-12:30 pm slow power yoga - the power yoga company, parsons green

Power Yoga at a slower pace, giving you the space to refine and strengthen your practice. Slowing the flow down means you can feel the postures deeper whilst also working on flexibility, strength and alignment. Whether you want a slower practice, you are new to Power Yoga or you are working with an injury, enjoy a slower flow that connects breath to movement as you move from posture to posture.

  • Tay’s classes are the perfect mix of challenge, a well thought out sequence, a focus area she gets us to work on - on one hand, and a relaxed, no judgement, ‘do your best but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get into a pretzel’ type attitude - on the other. Her guidance on adjustments is second to none!

  • I discovered Harriet’s classes when she was subbing for a favourite teacher of mine, and after attending once I was eager to go again. Practicing for 10+ years, I find there are some teachers that just have 'it' and for me she is one of them. Harriet has an admirable knowledge of anatomy she applies to her classes, she’ll challenge you and keep you sweating and then move to soft stretches just in time for some relief. You’ll leave feeling stronger and softer all at once. And she will also teach you to engage your bum in poses, finding muscles you never knew you had.
