Private 1:1 classes
I can come to your house or teach you online a bespoke session tailored to your individual needs. These are perfect for beginners, people working with specific needs such as injuries or anyone who wants to deepen their practice on a 1:1 basis.
Not one body is the same. Working 1:1 allows for tailored classes that factor in your own limitations, injuries and health concerns. My focus is entirely on your needs and creating a safe space allowing you to progress and deepen your practice.
Specific time to break down postures, correct alignment and prevent or manage injury. Learning fundamentals will enable you to feel more confident in public classes.
Unlike group classes these sessions are tailored directly to you taking into account your level of experience, your challenges & your goals.
